PSBank stockholders get cash dividend

The Philippine Savings Bank (PSBank) has declared a 7.5 percent regular cash dividend following a meeting of its board of directors Tuesday.
 
The dividend amounts to P180.19 million and covers the third quarter of 2012.
 
The amount is equivalent to P0.75 per share payable to each stockholder as of a record date to be set by the bank’s president upon approval of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
 
The bank’s published statement of condition for the second quarter placed its assets at P122.9 billion and its liabilities at P99.7 billion. Loans and receivables totaled P75.99 billion and stockholders equity stood at P13.3 billion.
 
In 2011, PSBank earned a net income of P2.03 billion. –KG, GMA News
