Filipinos like to refer to the "ber" months, as in September when Christmas carols start on the radio, the breezes get cooler, the weather drier. But the climate is changing, with devastating storms in December of the last two years striking parts of the country that rarely suffered them before. The climate may change, but not the vigor of the Pinoy Christmas spirit.
