PR Savings Bank inks service agreement with PLDT

PR Savings Bank has contracted PLDT to connect the thrift bank's 92 branches and offices—46 regular branches and 46 off-branch offices across the country—and equip it with  business solutions. The bank signed a service agreement with the telecom giant's corporate arm, PLDT ALPHA Enterprise, for Internet Protocol Virtual Private Network (IP-VPN) and Metro Ethernet services and collocation services via PLDT’s VITRO Data Center. PLDT’s iGate solution will provide PR Savings Bank with a dedicated Internet access that delivers high-speed, diverse, reliable and managed connectivity to the Internet. “We look forward to subscribing to more solutions from PLDT in the future, which will help us as we expand our operations,”  said PR Savings Bank president and CEO Roberto Alingog. — BM, GMA News
