This has got to be one of the coolest lunch boxes ever: one made out of an old 1980s Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) console.
Reddit member Stanstanlol, posted photos of the defunct NES system that he "repurposed" for the distinctively vintage-looking food container.
"Yep. The inside was super degraded, there was no power light, there was s*** fumbled so high in the back that I (being totally honest here) didn't try that hard to fix it. I blew it out and used some alcohol on the connectors that hold the game. When that didn't IMMEDIATELY work I just gutted it," he said.
A separate article on Mashable quoted him as saying he found the non-working console for sale for $10.
On the other hand, Mashable also said Stanstanlol's wife created a lamp out of an NES Zapper light gun.
"For his next project, he says he's trying to decide what to do with a Nintendo 64 console with similar hardware damage," it said. — TJD, GMA News
