A gustatory Valentine’s at Raintree Restaurants

Enjoy a Valentine month-long promotion (February 1 to 28, 2013) at Raintree Restaurants featuring marked down Sparkling Wine from the Savoie region of France in Momo Cafe and Chelsea Market Cafe, as well as marked down Moet Brut Champagne in Museum Cafe/Kabila and Stella.

 

For Valentine's, couples enjoyed a a gustatory feast at the Raintree Restaurants (Museum Cafe, Chelsea Market Café, Momo, Mr. Jones, Stella, Rocket Room, and Kabila) and experienced the magic of Valentine’s with the specially prepared menu perfect for the romantic occasion.

 

Museum Cafe and Kabila featured a mouthwatering four-course meal starting off with Dried Conpoy Broth with Wintermelon & Blue Swimmer Crab Dumpling soup, followed by Applewood Smoked Duck Breast & Mesclun Salad with Pickled Plum Dressing. The main course was a choice of Seared Seabass ,Grilled Tiger Prawn, Herbed Butter Gnocchi, Lemongrass Beurre Blanc Topped w/ Black Caviar or Grilled U.S Beef Petit Tender, Potato Terrine, Asparagus with Truffled Shimeji Beef Jus. Momo Cafe offered 2 delectable Valentine set menu selections. Set A started with Tuscan Onion Soup (caramelized onions, leeks & smoked bacon), followed by Grilled Artichoke and Tomato Salad (Mesclun, Feta Cheese, Edible Flowers, Passionfruit Vinaigrette). The main course was Herb Crusted Merlot Braised U.S. Beef Short Ribs (Roasted Baby Potato, French Beans, Cherry Tomato Confit with Red Wine Jus). Capping this set menu was Apple, Cinnamon & Vanilla Ice Cream for dessert.  Set B began with Saffron Citrus Honey Mussel Soup (Blue Mussel, Smoked Bacon, Fresh Herbs) followed by Grilled Seafood Salad (Mesclun, Mixed Seafood, Artichoke, Asparagus, Lemon Lime Vinaigrette). Herb Marinated Poached Salmon (Mashed Potato, Grilled Asparagus, Kalamata Olive Relish, Orange Beurre Blanc) was the main course. Dark Chocolate with Raspberry Syrup (Vanilla Ice Cream) completed this set.
