Petron, Total roll back LPG prices; premium gasoline prices rise

There is some good news for consumers of liquefied petroleum gas as two oil companies are lowering their LPG pricesTuesday. Expected to lower prices by P3 per kilo or P33 per 11-kg tank are Petron and Total, radio dzBB reported Monday night. The report added that independent LPG dealers on Monday had rolled back prices of their LPG products Monday, by P1 per kilo or P11 per 11-kg tank. Meanwhile, Petron said on its Twitter account late Monday that it will roll back by 6 a.m. Tuesday the prices of the following products:

Unfortunately, the lowered LPG prices are accompanied by an increase in premium gasoline prices. Petron said it will increase its premium gas prices by 35 centavos per liter. — DVM, GMA News
