Are you looking for new and appetizing meals you can serve to your family? “Good News,” GMA News TV’s weekly lifestyle magazine show hosted by Vicky Morales, regularly features unique recipes, not just from the Philippines but from around the world.

In recent episode, “Good News” took a break from the usual cooking techniques like frying and discovered delicious no-cook recipes from Korea and Japan. Serving raw food can be a healthier option because it does not expose food to heat that destroys the natural enzymes the food contains.
