Budget rainbow-colored iPhones coming soon?

Will Apple Inc. release its rumored iPhone 5S and budget iPhone in several colors, including black but excluding white?

 

Japanese blog Makotakara cited "word on the street" indicating the two upcoming smartphones will have colors ranging from "pink to green to gold."

 

Citing several sources, the blog said the budget iPhone will come in two sets: Navy, Gold Orange, White and Gray; and White, Pink, Green, Blue and Yellow-orange.

 

"I can say one thing from these information, namely both sets do not contain Black model," it said.

 

Makotakara also said its source claimed there will be 1,000 units of the budget iPhone to be produced for field tests from June.

 

The actual units will be produced during July to September for shipping.

 

Also, Makotakara said the iPhone 5S will have a dual-LED flash, and its mic hole will be shaped as a circle and placed between the iSight camera and flash.

 

The iPhone 5S will also have additional colors such as green and gold. — TJD, GMA News
