Father's Day treats, from prostate probes to Maserati rides

Father's Day treats await at hotels and restaurants in the city. At Sofitel, special demo events await dads, including the chance to take a spin in a Maserati Granturismo. At Spiral's Sunday brunch, executive chef Eric Costille's spread includes prime meats at the Churrasco atelier, from Cote de Boeuf brushed with sea salt and black peppercorn, slow cooked US prime beef leg and leg of lamb. The Roasted Bone Marrow topped with Anchovy Gremolata and served with Cream Spinach and Potato Gratin, Rosemary Beef Jus as sauce is P1,650++ inclusive of a glass of red wine.
