3 oil firms to raise fuel prices Tuesday

Motorists will have to deal with higher fuel prices Tuesday morning, as three major oil companies announced price hikes. Shell, Petron and Chevron are raising prices of their fuel products starting 6 a.m. Tuesday, radio dzBB reported Monday night. The price hikes are: P1.05 per liter for gasoline P1.45 per liter for diesel P1.30 per liter for kerosene The oil companies had cited price changes in the world market as the reason behind the new set of hikes. Last week, oil firms also hiked gasoline prices by 50-centavos per liter and reduced  kerosene prices15 centavos per liter. — DVM, GMA News
