RP shares close mixed, down by 0.36 percent

Local shares closed mixed, the index down by 13.41 points to 3,667.14. The All Shares market, however, closed higher by 1.17 points to 2,331.34. Half of the subindices were trading in the red with financials, property and services down. Mining and oil were the biggest movers, up by 61.49 points. Volume was pegged at 3.68 billion shares worth 6.52 billion pesos. Winners beat losers, 77 against 58, witih 41 stocks unchanged. The peso was trading stronger, buying at 45.70 pesos and selling at 46.20 pesos at midday. The peso closed Monday at 46.39 against the US dollar. - GMANews.TV
