Want to transact with different government agencies but too busy on weekdays?

Lost on all those dizzying processes and endless queues? DZBB Super Radyo is rolling off its SerbisyongTotoo Caravan this Saturday, April 5 at the Planas Garden of Quezon City Memorial Circle to help you out!

An extension of DZBB’s brand of Public Service, SerbisyongTotoo Caravan will have representatives from SSS, Philhealth, Public Attorney’s Office, Pag-IBIG Fund and Philippine Statistics Administration, formerly NSO to attend to your queries and concerns and offer basic services.
 
Philhealth will be accepting applications and issue Philhealth IDs and MDRs on the spot. Members of Pag-IBIG, meanwhile can have their membership and contributions verified while questions, queries and concerns will be addressed by Pag-IBIG representatives. SSS, for their part will be issuing SSS Numbers, Accept benefit applications and verify members’ contributions and loans. Philippine Statistics Administration, formerly National Statistics Office will have a booth to give advice on concerns on birth, marriage and death certificates whilethose with legal concerns will find Public Attorney’s Office a refuge as they dispense free legal advice. 
 
DZBB SerbisyongTotoo Caravan will be open from 8am ‘til 5pm. Planas Garden is located near QC Circle’s Commonwealth gate. A part of Super Radyo DZBB’s commitment to the public, SerbisyongTotoo Caravan is a year-round activity and is coming to a district nearest you!
