If Papa Dudut could time travel, what would he do?

Barangay LS DJ Papa Dudut confessed that there is one thing in his past that he would do differently if he would be given the chance to go back.

If he could turn back time, he said he would’ve studied a lot harder and focused on his academics.

“Pagkukulang ko sa sarili ko ‘yan dahil nagtrabaho ako ng maaga. Parang nangyari ay na-defocus ako nang konti. More on nag-concentrate ako talaga sa pag-radyo ko. Kinarir ko na siya noong nag-aaral pa lang ako,” he admitted.

He has realized how important schooling is and how education could give one an edge. “Kung makakabalik ako, (kung) makakapag-time travel ako, mag-aaral ako nang mabuti kasi may mga matututuhan ka sa school na hindi naman natututuhan sa trabaho, and vice versa,” he said.

The Barangay Love Stories host also noted how being in school could help one determine what he would do for the rest of his life. Thus, focusing on studies and taking time to assess what career path should be taken are absolute musts.

Careful evaluation could eventually contribute to one’s passion and dedication to work.

“(Maaalala mo) na minahal mo ‘tong trabahong ‘to. Mahal ko ‘to kaya ko ‘to (ginagawa) so kailangan, sa mga gustong maging DJ, (tandaan na) study hard at (i-assess kung) ito talaga ‘yung career na gusto mo gawin forever,” he added.
