Serbisyong Totoo Caravan assists close to 900 persons

Super Radyo DZBB again assisted hundreds of persons in availing of government services without the hassle of long lines with the second installment of the Serbisyong Totoo Caravan last June 27 at the San Andres Sports Complex in Malate, Manila.

The caravan assisted almost 900 persons who sought help with concerns and queries on Pag-IBIG Fund, Public Attorney’s Office (PAO), Social Security System (SSS), Philhealth and Philippine Statistics Administration (PSA, former National Statistics Office).

During the caravan, Philhealth received applications and issued IDs and Member Data Records. Pag-IBIG assisted its members on their membership and contribution verification.

Birth, marriage and death certificate advice were also given by PSA while free legal advice were provided by PAO.

Meanwhile, SSS released SSS numbers, accepted benefit applications and verified members’ contributions and loans.

The activity was also made possible with the help of the Philippine Army’s Civil Military Operations Group and Maynilad Water.

The next DZBB Super Radyo Serbisyong Totoo Caravan will be held in September.
