Platinum-selling alt-rock band Dishwalla, famous for the smash-hit Counting Blue Cars, performs in Manila on Dec. 6.The band is composed of Rodney Browning Cravens (guitar), Scot Alexander (bass), George Pendergast (drums) and Jim Wood (keyboards). Vocalist Justin Fox replaced original front man J.R. Richards who left the band in 2008.
Its songs were featured in films and television shows like Smallville (Angels and Devils and Opaline) and Charmed (Counting Blue Cards, Find Your Back Home, Stay Awake and Until I Wake Up).
Barangay LS jock Papa Buboy, the station’s resident indie actor, is a Dishwalla fan.
