American pop diva Meghan Trainor was one of the artists that dominated the music scene in 2014.

After releasing her Epic Record-produced album ‘Title,’ her debut single, ‘All About That Bass,’ became a huge hit all over the world with its strong message of self-love and body acceptance. Lines like ‘Cause every inch of you is perfect from the bottom to the top' and 'My momma she told me don't worry about your size' resonated well with listeners worldwide.

Trainor was born on December 1993 in Nantucket Island, Massachusetts. She began making music at age seven, and wrote her first song when she was 11.

She attended a special five-week course at the Berklee College of Music twice—2009 and 2010 where she received high marks after finishing the course.

Her crown jewel, ‘All About That Bass’ now has more than 542 million views on the video sharing site YouTube as of  January 26, 2015. In addition, her debut album sold 238,000 units as of January 18, making it the number one album in the Billboard 200 chart.

Meghan proven that she can rule the charts, but can she take full honors after being nominated in this year’s Grammy Awards?  Nominated for Record of the Year and Song of the Year, she will be going up against well-established artists like Taylor Swift and Iggy Azalea.
