WATCH: Expect a more mature sound from Hale's next album

Fans of the alternative rock band Hale will not have to wait any longer for the OPM band’s new album.

In their interview with Mama Belle in Sikat sa Barangay this Monday morning, vocalist Champ Lui Pio revealed some details about their new album, their first after three years.

Champ said, “Yung last album namin nilabas namin siya 2015. This month [April 2018] we are releasing a full-length album. Yung nilabas na album namin noong 2015, it was actually just an EP, so six songs lang siya.”

“So were very excited and so far 2018 has been a very good year, so far so good. We hope na ma-sustain 'yung momentum by this album.”

Band member Roll Martinez also talked about the new sound that listeners should expect from them.

“Mas mature lang.. Ano pa rin naman we are true to ourselves. Siguro when it comes to the sound siguro mas nag-grow, hindi lang as musikeros as persons din. And I think people would see it [na] it will reflect on the new album.”
