With her deep, rich, and soulful vocals, Aicelle Santos has sparkled in the international scene when she was given the chance to star as Gigi in the hit musical "Miss Saigon" at the West End in London. She also represented the Philippines in “The Asian Civilization Carnival” in Beijing, China last 2019. She got her start during the second season of "Pinoy Pop Superstar" back in 2005 where she eventually placed as the competition's first runner up. She then joined forces with fellow "Pinoy Pop Superstar" graduates Jona and Maricris Garcia to form the singing trio "La Diva" and became known for their impressive harmonies and powerful high notes. Aicelle has also lent her golden voice to sing the theme songs of iconic Kapuso shows such as "Hanggang Makita Kang Muli," "Ika-6 na Utos," "Tadhana," and "The Better Woman" and has performed in various musical and variety programs. She has portrayed different characters as well in a couple of drama series like "Temptation Of Wife," "Ang Dalawang Mrs. Real," "Strawberry Lane," "Buena Familia," and "Impostora." Aicelle has earned a number of fans in the local theater scene as well after starring in musicals such as "Rak of Aegis," "Maynila Sa Mga Kuko Ng Liwanag," and "Himala: Isang Musikal."
