Gabbi Garcia reveals sharing her skin care routine to boyfriend Khalil Ramos.
Kapuso global endorser Gabbi Garcia has officially joined the roster of beautiful Filipina women of Pond's Philippines.
Gabbi was formally introduced together with Heart Evangelista, Kathryn Bernardo, Nadine Lustre, and Ylona Garcia at the launch of the brand's #SeeWhatHappens campaign last night, September 4, at the Maybank Theater in Taguig City.
The five girls eagerly shared with the crowd their own insecurities while growing up in the spotlight.
In an exclusive interview with GMANetwork.com, Gabbi shared how she first discovered and used the brand as a growing teenager.
She says, “Well, when I was in high school I was using their product, 'yung powder na pink 'yung color. Do you remember that?
“My favorite was the pink one and I used that all throughout high school.”
She admits developing her own skincare routine the moment she entered show business as her new career demands being picture-perfect all the time.
“I started developing my own skincare routine when I entered showbiz na.
“I think it's all part of growing up and being hygienic and being conscious.
“It's not about being maarte and kikay at all!
“It's just about making sure your skin is in good condition and it's also a way to treat yourself and developing your own self-care.”
When asked if she has shared some of her skincare secrets to boyfriend Khalil Ramos, Gabbi couldn't help but feel elated.
“I actually did share my skincare routine to Khalil and I also forced him to go to the dermatologist with me.
“I would also suggest to him to wash his face in the morning after waking up and before going to bed.
“Because before he used to just wash his face with soap and water and then go to bed.
“He wouldn't even wash every morning.” she says.
