"Since we are normalizing a lot of things now, why don't we normalize self-love?" asked Kyline Alcantara.
Kapuso actress and Bilangin ang Bituin sa Langit star Kyline Alcantara joined the long list of celebrities who advocate for self-love.
As part of a Filipino magazine's movement for International Women's Month, Kyline shared an unfiltered photo to inspire others to do the same.
She wrote in the caption, "Self-love is real love. It is as real as it can be.
"So, flaunt that marks, loosen up that unruly hair, smile with your crooked teeth, and be PROUD of your imperfections.
"No judgment just self-love. Start love with yourself and everything will follow.
"Since we are normalizing a lot of things now, why don't we normalize self-love? Trust me girl when I say it's the BEST feeling.
"You're beautiful just the way you are. We are all BE-YOU-tiful."
First Yaya actress Sanya Lopez also joined the movement by uploading her own version of an unfiltered photo.
Sanya wrote, "Self love is real love. Show yourself to everyone the natural way."
"No need for filters. Express your inner glow and freshness. Because I love the way I look and it inspires me a lot in my day to day living."
