Kapuso actress and beauty queen Michelle Dee took to social media to share a heartwarming moment she had with her mom and Miss International 1979 Melanie Marquez.
On Instagram, Michelle posted a screenshot showing her mother's heartfelt message for her as she competes for the Miss Universe 2023 crown.
“Good evening anak, I am watching all your exposure in the Miss Universe 2023. You're doing great! Just be yourself, relax but don't forget to claim on stage that you're wearing a crown elegantly smiling radiantly as you sway your hips walking on the stage. Okey! I am your number 1 avid fan! I love you! Mwah!” Melanie wrote.
Meanwhile, Michelle expressed how she really wanted to give the most important woman in her life the perfect gift this coming Mother's Day.
“If you know, you know. This means a lot coming from her. Hoping I can give her the best Mother's Day gift soon,” she captioned in her post.
This is Michelle Dee's second time competing in the pageant, after bagging the Miss Universe Philippines Tourism crown in 2022.
