Happy Mother's Day, Kapuso Rita Daniela!
Sparkle actress-singer Rita Daniela was beaming with smiles during her exclusive chat with 24 Oras as she talked about her life now as a mommy.
Rita gave birth to her cute son Juan "Uno" Rafael on December 22, 2022 - a perfect Christmas gift for her and her family.
The Kapuso performer told “Chika Minute” that she considers her son as an “answered prayer” from God.
“I have to say I'm really, really a happy person right now, because it's an answered prayer, kasi ever since, one of my dreams is to be a mom.” Rita continued, “Uno is such a lovely, lovely baby, sobrang bait ni Uno talaga and wala na ako ibang mahihiling pa.”
Mommy Rita also shared some advice with her fellow first-time mommies about enjoying the process of being a mother to their babies. She explained, “I-enjoy n'yo rin 'yung hard times, 'yung challenging times. 'Yung pagka umiiyak 'yung baby n'yo, 'yung parang naghahabol kayo sa oras, kailangan ma-change n'yo na 'yung nappies.
“I-enjoy n'yo 'yun at talagang alalaahanin n'yo 'yun, kasi mabilis lang ang oras. Bukas, makalawa hindi na natin magagawa 'yun with them 'di ba. Ibang journey na naman 'yung tatahakin natin.”
We last saw Rita in the soap Ang Dalawang Ikaw, which aired in 2021.
