Chynna Ortaleza and Salem

Get well soon, Salem!

Celebrity mom Chynna Ortaleza could only breathe a sigh of relief now that her son Salem, whom they took to the hospital earlier, has been feeling a lot better.

The wife of OPM singer Kean Cipriano shared on Instagram what happened to their child and expressed her appreciation to the medical team that took care of Salem.

Chynna posted on Instagram yesterday (July 17) this: “That Smile :)

“I just want to take this time to thank our pedia @docbistek & the formidable team of ER doctors, nurses & patient care representatives at SLMC-QC for helping us get his smile back.

“It is so sad when your child is ill & in distress. Today, he is much better.. and I thank God that He has instilled the seed of gratefulness despite the circumstances in us. Our faith remained strong.”

The former Idol sa Kusina host also reminded her fellow parents to trust their instincts, after what happened to Salem.

“All I can say is trust your instinct.. it is rarely wrong. Parents know when something is off. Do not delay, bring your child to the doctor asap.” Chynna explained.

“To the many parents who are also fighting with their kids. Stay strong & wishes of complete healing be upon your family.”

She added, “We humbly ask that you include Salem in your prayers. We claim in the mighty name of Jesus that he will make a complete recovery with no further complications. Amen!”

Several celebrities including Iza Calzado and Saab Magalona also expressed their well-wishes for Salem's speedy recovery.

Chynna gave birth to Salem in April 2019. She gave birth to their panganay, Stellar, in 2016.

The Cipriano couple tied the knot in a civil wedding in 2015 and then in a church wedding two years later.
