The Legaspi twins, Cassy and Mavy, recently turned 23 and their dad, Zoren Legaspi, has a reminder for them both.

The Kapuso actor shared on Instagram a family photo of him, his wife Carmina Villarroel, and Cassy and Mavy at the twins's birthday celebration.

In his caption, Zoren told Cassy and Mavy to never forget to pray when circumstances arise.

“[W]hen you're feeling so low and tears overflow… when there's nothing you hear and things are unclear. When you can't seem to stand And no one's around and when it looks like everyone is gone… KNEEL DOWN and PRAY 'coz HE's always there. He knows your heart,” he said.

Zoren added, “[D]on't go astray.”

Meanwhile, Carmina shared a video of her and Zoren surprising their “super twins” on their birthday.

“I pray that GOD will always surround you both with HIS love, grace, wisdom and protection. Enjoy your special day guys. Stay happy,” a part of Carmina's message for them read.
