Friends and family continue to express their grief over the passing of Billy Crawford's father, Jack Crawford. The host-actor shared the heartbreaking news on his social media accounts last Sunday, September 22, leaving fans and friends shocked by the announcement.
Following Billy's post, his wife, actress Coleen Garcia, also took to Instagram to write a final tribute to her late father-in-law. Accompanied by family photos and videos, she wrote a heartfelt message, "We'll miss you, Daddy C. You can rest now. No more pain. We love you, and you will be in our hearts forever."
Coleen reflected on Jack's strength and joyful spirit, even in his final days. She expressed her gratitude for the time they were able to spend together and how blessed they were that he lived long enough to meet their son, Amari.
"Until the very end, even on his last days, he remained strong, jolly, and quick-witted. That's how we will always remember him. Thank you, Lord, for the long and meaningful life he's lived, and for giving us all the chance to spend time with him. We prayed for him to make it to our wedding, and You even made a way for him to create memories with Amari," she wrote.
Coleen ended her message, "It's been a long and tough battle for him, and now we lift him up, knowing he's in Your arms."
In the comments, Billy responded to his wife with a simple yet heartfelt, "Thank you my love for this," accompanied by sad face and heart emojis. Followers and friends also shared their condolences in the comment section, with celebrities like Gary Valenciano, Eruption, and Angeline Quinto offering their love and support to the family.
