In the comments section of the actor-host's post, Marian left heart-eyed emojis and local celebrities sent their birthday greetings for Sixto.
Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes tied the knot in December 2014 at the Immaculate Conception Cathedral in Quezon City.
The celebrity couple welcomed their firstborn, Maria Letizia, or Zia, on November 23, 2015, and their second child, Sixto, on April 16, 2019.
