Vicki Belo, Hayden Kho and Scarlet Snow take a trip to Kenya in Eastern Africa to welcome the year 2021.
For most of 2020, Vicki, Hayden, and Scarlet have been stuck at home as a safety and health precaution against COVID-19. This might have been very unusual for a family who travels around the globe ever so often. In fact, five-year-old Scarlet has become a jetsetter at a very young age, travelling to countries like Italy, Spain, Switzerland, New Zealand, and Japan.
To make up for all the trips they skipped, the time they remained indoors--and probably to attract the potential of more travels in 2021 --they flew to Kenya with their friends after Christmas.
The first leg of Vicki, Hayden, and Scarlet's trip brought them to Masai Mara, one of the most famous and important wildlife conservation and wilderness area in Kenya, where they got to enjoy nature and marvel at zebras, giraffes, and other majestic creatures.
Moreover, they get to bond and create new memories for their family. This is especially true for Vicki and Hayden who are celebrating their 15 years of togetherness.
Hayden wrote about it, saying, “After 15 years of being together the fire continues to grow. I love you, @victoria_belo.”
Vicki echoed the same emotions and wrote, “As they say, be with someone who is both home and an adventure all at once. Grateful for you everyday, @dochayden.”
Their trip also fuelled the curiosity and excitement in Scarlet for the new year.
She teased about it with the hashtag, #KenyaHandle2021? and said, “2021 is coming closer and closer [I can already see it through my telescope!] I know its going to be better because people like us will be kinder and more prayerful. Do you agree?”
