Heart Evangelista and Chiz Escudero welcomed 2021 together with the Sorsogon governor's children Quino and Chessi in Balesin Island Club in Polillo, Quezon.
On her Instagram account, the Queen of Creative Collaborations shared photos from their holiday vacation on the island.
Heart wrote in one of her posts, "Welcoming the new year with the ones who mean the most to me.
"This year didn't turn out how we hoped it would, but still, we are so grateful that we are healthy and strong.
"This year gave us a chance to reflect and remember what matters most: family and love.
"Cheers to a brand new year filled with new experiences, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
"I'm so excited for what 2021 will hold."
As expected, Heart totally slayed in her outfits as she brought her glam team to Balesin with her. Her glam team is no ordinary people in the Kapuso star's life because they turned out to be her family as well due to countless projects they've worked on together.
