It's all water under the bridge now for ex-couple Sunshine Cruz and Cesar Montano after they were spotted together at their daughter Samantha “Sam” Cruz's 18th birthday party.
Sunshine and Cesar tied the knot in 2010, but in a report in 2018, it was confirmed that the court has annulled their marriage.
They have two other children, Angelina and Chesca.
