More than three years after getting married, Victor Basa and wife Stephanie Dan have finally welcomed their first child.
It was back in February 2023, when the former My Husband's Lover actor shared to the public that Stephanie was pregnant.
He posted on Instagram then, “Want to share our joy and hope with everyone, people close to us know that we have been praying so hard to have a baby. There were times when the pressure was so much and felt as if it was just going to be the two of us -but God has been so good, much more than we ever deserve. All in His perfect time, and according to His schedule and not our own. Please continue to pray for the good development of our little baby Basa, can't wait to meet you little one -your mom and I have been praying for you so much.”
Yesterday, September 28, Victor introduced to the world his first child Alessandra Emmanuele. And according to the model-actor, little Alessandra was born premature.

“A dream is a wish our hearts made when hoping and praying for our little Alessandra Emmanuele who was born a little sooner than expected but is healthy and lively much to our delight. As first-time parents I can imagine it can be more jarring to welcome a baby into the world especially at our tender age of... but am so thankful for the best doctors recommended that kept mommy and baby safe. So thankful to family for being there and praying with us through our fears during this first few days of life and bringing food all the way to the hospital. Also to our friends and d-groups praying continuously for safe delivery.”
Victor continued, “So far it's been a sleepy fun mix of diapers and baby lullaby playlists as well as slowly understanding what it means to be parents and for me a dad and a father. I know it's a cliche wishing we had kids sooner but its true how much happiness a diminutive little human can bring but God's timing truly is perfect.
“Thanks for reading this far down I'll wrap this up with 3 pieces of advice. 1. Always have hot water bottle handy 2. Snacks are as essential as kissing and hugging your partner 3. Pray through trials even if it is just burping your little baby at 3am.”
Several celebrities and netizens congratulated Victor for his new bundle of joy including primetime goddess Carla Abellana whom he got to work with in My Husband's Lover in 2013.
