As Baby Talitha turns one year old today, her mom Pauleen Luna writes a touching message to her.

She wrote: "My dearest Talitha, not so long ago, I knew in my mind and in my heart that I wanted to be a mother. Thank you anak, for making my dream come true. I cannot imagine it's been a year since we had you! Time flew by so fast it makes me scared. My prayer for you is that you grow up to be a kind, loving, obedient and respectful person. Generous and always willing to help, smart but humble. I also pray that the harshness of this world won't change your angel heart. You are truly God's gift to us and you are perfect for us! We love you, Talimi! Always and forever."
