Camille penned a heartfelt greeting for Nathan via Instagram.
She said, “I can't believe you're 11 already! Happy happy birthday kuya! I pray you remain kind, loving, obedient and super lambing.”
“You changed my life when I was only 22 and having you is truly one of the best things that has ever happened to me. You taught me to be selfless and the true meaning of being patient. I never knew what I was capable of until I had you. We always got you no matter what @nathanielcaesar. Enjoy your day my love,” she continued.
