KC Concepcion is one proud ate to her half-sister, Miel Pangilinan, who graduated Middle School at a private school in Taguig City last May 27.

In her Instagram post, the actress penned a touching message for Miel, accompanied by a photo of themselves ice skating during a vacation in Japan.

"We have a 19 year age gap, same gap between Mom and I.

"When you were born in Manila, I was living in Paris, but I was excited to have another baby sis come into our lives from Mom's side.

"Tho we don't live together, and you have your parents, Mig and Frankie, know that I'm here for you as your big sis if you need me!

"Starting high school is both tough and exciting!

During the graduation ceremonies, Miel was awarded two Subject Excellence Awards, namely, English and Filipino.
