Since tying the knot on January 31, 2014, Kapuso couple Drew Arellano and Iya Villania have been blessed with five wonderful children, namely: Primo, Leon, Alana, Astro, and Anya.

It was March 2016 when they first announced through Instagram that they were expecting their first child, Antonio Primo. He was born on August 30, 2016.

Nearly two years later, it was through her stint on '24 Oras' when she divulged that she was expecting her second child, another boy, named Alonzo Leon, who was born on August 19, 2018.

Another blessing came in the year 2020 when Drew and Iya announced via YouTube that they were expecting baby number three. To their surprise on July 18, 2020, the couple was blessed with a beautiful daughter named Alana Lauren.

After almost two years, Iya gave birth to another boy whom they named Astro Phoenix on June 4, 2022.

In September 2024, the Kapuso couple announced that they were expecting their fifth child. Iya gave birth to another daughter, Alana Love, on February 11, 2025 at 10:52 a.m.
