Kapuso actor Carlo Gonzales is proving that his “tito” Arthur Solinap never lost his charm!
In an Instagram post, the actor greeted Arthur by posting a throwback photo in his younger years while donning a very '90s haircut.
He wrote, “Happy birthday to my brother from another mother who also happens to be my cousin. Love you tito @arthursolinap!
