Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto didn't let Father's Day pass without greeting his father, Vic Sotto, in his personal social media accounts yesterday, June 21.

The mayor (and jokester) shared an edited photo of Bossing Vic with the body of South Korean actor Hyun Bin from the hit series Crash Landing on You.

Vico wrote in the caption, “Happy Father's Day!”

In the comments section, one fan of the Mayor commended his editing skills that prompted Vico to reply, “May nag-send lang po. Haha! #CaptainVic.”

Although he kept the greeting very light, Vico shared that he actually wanted to celebrate the day with either his dad or his brothers but due to his obligation as mayor, he had to forego his plans.

In a separate tweet, he said, “Father's Day 2020. I wish I could spend some time with Papa or my brothers. Pero hindi puwede.

“Kaya eto, nag-meeting na lang kami tungkol sa panukalang isusumite namin sa Sanggunian bukas.

“'Wag kayong mag-alala, alam kong Sunday ngayon… so we kept our meeting very SHORT,” he jested pertaining to his lower garment.
