Frankie Pangilinan described Kiko Pangilinan as “the most hands-on dad… You guys have no idea.”
When the clock struck midnight, 19-year-old Frankie Pangilinan posted a photo of her and her dad Senator Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan from way back when.
She described Kiko as a man of “impeccable integrity. steadfastness in love.”
Frankie added, “a million words argued, infinitely more understood.
“I love you. Happy birthday, daddeh.”
On Twitter, she became more sentimental about how Kiko was able to balance being a father and holding a public office at the same time.
She wrote, “Happy birthday, father.
“Your problems are our country's problems. Thank you for still doing the groceries and showing up at every single damn PTA meeting. I don't know how you do it. I love you, forever.
“He's the most hands-on dad… You guys have no idea.
“Y'all better send him some damn love and appreciation today, ok? Man's out here fighting for you every day. His record is spotless. I mean, really.”

In the comments section, several of Frankie's fans sent their well-wishes and admiration for the senator.
Senator Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan was born on August 24, 1963.
He tied the knot with singer and actress Sharon Cuneta on April 28, 1996. They have two daughters, Frankie and Miel, and one adopted son, Miguel.
He is also the stepfather of actress and singer KC Concepcion, whom he legally adopted.
