Janella's boyfriend Markus Paterson, also posted a photo of him cradling their son while playing "La Vie en Rose" to put him to sleep.

Janella and Markus first admitted their relationship to the public via social media back in September 2020. Markus and Janella welcomed their first child, Baby Jude, back on October 20th 2020 through a vlog. They are currently staying in the United Kingdom with some of their family members.

Janella thanked everyone for welcoming her first child with lots of support and acceptance, "“I wanna thank everyone for welcoming our Jude with utmost sincerity and warmth. My heart is full from reading your sweet messages,” she said in a social media post.

“Please know that you are greatly appreciated even if I don't get to reply to each and every one of you. Much love from Markus and I,” Janella wrote.

In a tell-all video, Markus explained why he and Janella kept their relationship private in the past, most of their reasons due to respect for Janella's career and onscreen tandems.
