Sharon Cuneta couldn't hold back her tears after seeing her daughter KC Concepcion.
Despite not being able to join her mom and adoptive father during their silver anniversary, KC Concepcion made sure Megastar Sharon Cuneta feel all the love by dropping for a video call.
On Instagram, KC posted her greetings to the couple and said how beautiful her mom looked despite being barefaced during the celebration.
“A video call from mom is super rare, and I cherish every second of it,” KC wrote in the caption.
“You have no idea how excited I get to have the chance to just do a bit of girl talk with you, @reallysharoncuneta. So happy to be a part of your intimate 25th wedding anniversary celebration. I hope you like the food I sent 'cause I wasn't sure if you were going to have a nice dinner tonight or not.
“Ang ganda ng nanay ko! My heart is filled with gratitude for so many reasons. Love you, Ma!”
Meanwhile, Sharon Cuneta got more candid as she showed a snippet of her video call with her eldest daughter.
The 4-minute video even showed the singer-actress immediately bursting to tears when KC picked up the call and greeted her giddily over the phone.
“Hi, mom. I'm here for you. I'm here for you. I'm here for you!” KC told Sharon.
“I asked Dad [Kiko] if you guys were celebrating or having a memorable dinner, so he just sent me a tupperware of the food you are having there. And I said, I'll eat with you, and that's the way we're gonna celebrate the whole thing.
“Now, I want to hug you. I love you so much, and I hope you liked the food that I sent you.
“It's okay, mom. I love you.”
To which the singer replied, “We're still eating the food you sent. I just wish you were here.”

Sharon Cuneta and Senator Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan celebrated their 25th anniversary on Wednesday, April 28.
The couple first met at Sharon's brother's wedding in 1994.
Sharon and Kiko have three daughters, KC Concepcion, whom Kiko adopted, Frankie and Miel. They also have an adopted son named Miguel, whom they introduced in 2012.
