
Candy Pangilinan's son Quentin achieved a new milestone as he was tasked to ring the altar bell during Holy Mass.
The actress and comedienne shared the wonderful news on her Instagram account, where she expressed how proud she was of her beloved son's latest achievement.
She wrote in the caption, “I was told Quentin was tasked to ring the bell today.”
“So proud. Dreams do come true. Good night world.”
The short video shows Quentin as he silently knelt and held a bell with his one hand and then rang it at the proper cue. What an achievement, indeed!
It also shows Quentin as he receives the Holy Communion and was guided by his fellow altar servers.
In the comment section, netizens expressed their love for Quentin and also felt emotional over his recent success.
As of this writing, Quentin's latest achievement has gained over 57,000 views on Instagram.
The former My Special Tatay actress also uploaded their sweet mother and son selfie before she left for her lock-in taping.
Candy wrote, “Last night with Quentin before I go to the lock-in taping.”
“Tita MM went to Mass with him kanina because I had to stay in home quarantine. I was told he was given a task today. Tita MM sent this pic. She also sent me a video I will post next.”
Earlier this month, Quentin Pangilinan also attended his first training as an altar server at the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish.
Candy Pangilinan was overjoyed with her son's achievements and expressed her gratitude to everyone who helped them reach Quentin's dreams.
Before this achievement, the former Bilangin ang Bituin sa Langit actress was touched by the altar servers' kind gesture toward his son when they let him join them on the pews.
