Chito Miranda recently opened up about how his life changed after having his own family.

In a social media post, the Parokya Ni Edgar frontman shared a beautiful family photo composed of himself, his wife Neri, and their children Pia, Miggy, and baby Cash.

According to the local musician, one thing that he loves about having a family is that it gave him a “deeper purpose in life.”

He captioned his Instagram post, “Before, it was just me, and my band, and that was it… and that “purpose” grew old fast once I had everything I wanted. Parang wala na akong goal sa mundo kasi nakuha ko na lahat ng gusto ko sa buhay.

“Having a family shifted my priorities. I suddenly had something bigger and more important than myself."

Chito then said that everything became simple and clear because all he had to do was to concentrate on what's best for his beloved family.

He went on, “Their well-being and happiness became my primary concern above everything else… and 'yun 'yung naging kaligayahan ko sa buhay.

“I'm not saying having a family is the only way to have a purpose in life… but I guess having something bigger and more important than yourself, helps.”

Before ending his post, the celebrity dad said that finding one's happiness is the most important thing in life. He added, “And for me, I found that [happiness] sa family ko. Go find yours."

Chito and Neri, who tied the knot twice in 2014, celebrated their seventh anniversary as husband and wife in December.

The celebrity couple is blessed with adorable boys named Miggy and baby Cash, who was born on October 8, 2021.

Meanwhile, Neri clarified to all the “Marites” that the little girl in their family photo, which was posted in December, is their daughter named Pia.
