Jackie Lou Blanco on her daughter Rikki Mae: "Thank you for always being there for me to lean on."
Kapuso star Jackie Lou Blanco penned a heartfelt message to her second-born child Rikki Mae Davao for her 29th birthday on Sunday, January 29.
“...I am always leaning on my eldest daughter, Rikki Mae, and this is something I am privileged to do. I rely on her for many things - from fixing something on my phone [and suggesting what's nice to watch] on Netflix [to asking] her advice on my finances, things I struggle with [and] all the adult stuff,” she wrote along with a couple of photos of her leaning on her daughter.
The I Can See You: AlterNate actress also quipped that Rikki Mae acts more like the parent between the two of them because of how her daughter cares for her.
“Parang siya 'yong magulang. But yes, this is one of the many things she is to me. So on your 29th birthday, I will not only greet you but [also] thank you for always being there for me to lean on. I am privileged and blessed to be your Maming. Happy happy birthday, Meimeita! I love you with all that I am,” Jackie said.
Aside from Rikki Mae, Jackie Lou Blanco and Ricky Davao are also parents to Kenneth and Arabella Davao.
The former celebrity couple has remained good friends since their split. They recently reunited on the small screen for GMA Telebabad's new mini-series titled I Can See You: AlterNate.
