Maxene Magalona dedicated a touching social media post in honor of her late father, Francis Magalona, who passed away 13 years ago.
Along with a black and white photograph of the actress with the legendary rapper, she wrote, “La fille à Papa. Tu me manques, Pop!” which translates to “Daddy's girl. I miss you, Pop!”
Maxene then expressed how much she loves her late father, saying, “You may have been gone physically for 13 years but your spirit is alive in the hearts and souls of Filipinos, now and forever. Especially in mine. I love you! #FrancisMForever.”
On Instagram stories, the showbiz personality posted a photo of her father's tomb with the caption, “13 years in heaven, forever in my heart and soul. I love you and miss you, Pop.”

In August 2008, Francis Magalona was diagnosed with acute myelogenous leukemia and died on March 6, 2009.
