After four years of being homeschooled, Kendra Kramer, the firstborn of celebrity couple Doug and Chesca Kramer, officially enters eighth grade in a regular school.
The former basketball player shared the happy news on Instagram, along with their family photo and a snap of the 13-year-old celebrity kid going to school.
He wrote, “After [four] years of homeschooling, our baby @kramer.kendra will finally go to grade [eight] regular school!”
According to Doug, he and his wife felt that their eldest child was ready in all aspects before they decided to bring her back to regular school.
“She's a hard worker, responsible, studious, and a God-fearing child. An example she has collectively shown to Scarlett and Gavin. It's so important as an older sister to set an example to her younger siblings, they follow her actions.
“Last week, I took Kendra out on a date. Told her how proud I am of her and how excited we all are for her to experience regular school again. Told her lots of advice, and reminded her of her convictions and anchors.
“She's now [in] middle school, 13 years old. A new surrounding. I'm sure she'll flourish and show everyone how different and amazing she is. Papa and Mama love you so much Keny!”
Doug and Chesca's panganay is, indeed, all grown up!
Aside from Kendra, the longtime couple is also blessed with two children: Scarlett, 10, and Gavin, 9.
