The flowers can help Amari calm down, according to Coleen.
Coleen Garcia shared the adorable trick they use whenever they need to distract or soothe their son, Amari.
In an Instagram post, Coleen said flowers are one of Amari's favorite things in the world. “I don't know why, but he is obsessed with them!” she said.
She noted, however, that as much as flowers are Amari's comfort item, it could also be his cause of distress sometimes if they're not able to stop and pick them.
“Ang talas pa naman ng mata niya, 'cause he can spot them from very far away, even when we're in a moving car. He just loves to hold them and stare closely at them. They could either help stop or start tantrums,” Coleen narrated.
Coleen added that she always keeps some fake flowers in her bag, which comes in handy whenever they need to calm him down.
“I always have baon na tiny fake flowers in my bag to calm him down or distract him whenever he's in a bad mood, and it works 99% of the time,” she said.
In one of the photos she posted, Amari can be seen holding a white flower, while asleep in his dad's (Billy Crawford) arms.
