Joyce Pring voices out appreciation for Juancho Trivino on being a father
Celebrity host and mom Joyce Pring honored and voiced out her appreciation for Juancho Trivino on being a dad to their son, Eliam.
Last weekend, Joyce was the guest of Juancho on his podcast One on Juancho and during the episode, she mentioned that she often gets comments on Juancho being a hands-on dad to their son.
“I often get a comment from a lot of people na 'Grabe ang bait, ang galing naman ni Juancho, hands-on siya kay Eliam,” she said.
She added that she wanted to honor the actor for being one, since there are those who are not that hands-on with their kids.
“I want to honor you for being so present in Eliam's life and for always making sure that you spend time with him, I see you become more patient with him, and talagang you go out of your way to be there for him,” she said.
Last Friday, Juancho posted a series of photos of him and Eliam, enjoying their time together in the swimming pool.
“Pause muna kay Padre Salvi, Padre de Pamilia muna tayo,” he captioned the post.
Juancho is currently playing the role of Padre Salvi in the hit fantasy series Maria Clara at Ibarra in his first villain role.
Joyce said that she can count on Juancho to be there for their son especially when she has work.
“Pag sinabi kong 'Kailangan kita para may mag-aalaga kay Eliam' talagang 'yun 'yung ginagawa mo and I appreciate that,” she said.
The celebrity host added, “I always feel like you put our family first above everything.”
Juancho, meanwhile, said that he felt “kilig” with Joyce's message and her honoring him as a dad.
“Kinilig naman ako sa pa-message and honor sa akin ng aking asawa, siyempre I want to be hands-on sa ating mga anak,” he said.
In a previous interview with Juancho on Chika Minute, he admitted that he and Joyce really enjoy being hands-on parents to Eliam.
“Pinakita ko dun sa isang video na humiga ako dun sa lap niya. 'Yung reaksyon niya sa akin na parang sobrang welcoming niya at sobrang love na love niya ako, 'yun 'yung rason kung bakit namin gusto na kasama namin siya palagi,” he said.
Aside from Eliam, Joyce and Juancho will be welcoming baby number two in April 2023. The two announced the news with a video posted on Joyce's Facebook page with the caption, “There's a baby in mah belly.”
