Prior to Miss Universe Philippines 2020 Coronation Night, the ladies paraded in their swimsuits for the pageant's preliminary competitions. Miss Bohol Pauline Amelinckx dominated the preliminary competitions of the inaugural Miss Universe Philippines 2020 held at the Baguio Country Club Friday night.
Pauline Amelinckx won four of the nine special awards-Miss Creamsilk, Miss Downy Sweetheart, Miss Cetaphil Sun and Most Beautiful Face Award.
Other winners were Miss Quezon City Michelle Gumabao (Miss MG Philippines), Miss Cebu City Tracey Maureen Perez (Miss Photogenic), Miss Mandaue City Lou Piczon (Best National Costume), Miss Paranaque Ysabella Roxas Ismael (Best in Evening Gown), and Miss Iloilo Rabiya Mateo (Best in Swimsuit).
