The Kapuso Primetime Princess dressed as a queen for her first 27th birthday photoshoot, followed by another layout showing her dressed as a classic cabaret.
The Pulang Araw actress donned a custom outfit dressed as fictional character Sally Bowles.
In the comments section, her Pulang Araw co-star David Licauco greeted her by her character name, "Happy birthday Adelina! :)"
