Filipino designer Zaldy shares how he made BLACKPINK's Lisa's VS costume

Filipino-American fashion designer Zaldy was recently featured by 'Vogue' for his costume designer in the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show 2024. The US-born designer brought life to different looks worn by the VS models and performers, including Gigi Hadid, and performers Tyla and BLACKPINK's Lisa.
"I work a lot in music, I know that it's not just the look...the look also has to perform because it's mostly very active," he told 'Vogue' in an interview shared on YouTube.
"When I heard that it was Lisa and it was going to be "Rockstar" I immediately thought it had to be something really powerful and strong. She was [going to be] riding on a motorcycle, so I knew what to do.
"I thought of soda tabs for some reason, because it was like a modern feather, and I thought of a giant belt buckle a la Chanel with Lisa's name on it. It sort of came to me immediately."
