Filipino-American model Kelsey Merritt has a piece of advice for beginner models.

In an effort to fight boredom amid California's stay-at-home order, Kelsey has started a question and answer session on her Instagram Story.

And one of the questions that was thrown at her is “What are your tips for a beginner model?”

She gracefully answered the query while being cozy at home in Los Angeles, California.

She said, “The law of attraction. Believe in yourself when no one else does.”

She also emphasized that having real friends is one of the tickets to success in the modelling industry.

“When you have people who believe in you, keep them close because this industry is cutthroat. It's not easy but a good support system will get you through it. Don't ever give up,” she added.

Since Kelsey is really a body goddess known for being the first Filipino to walk in the Victoria's Secret Fashion show and to appear in the pages of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, she was also asked about when she exactly started living fit.

“I didn't start working out 'til after college when I moved to New York full time and my job literally needed me to workout,” she said.

Meanwhile, according to reports, California has implemented a strict stay-at-home order in a bid to contain the spread of 2019 coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19).
